TBRA
TBRA is proud to provide launch support to College and University Student Rocketry Teams. In addition to ground and launch support, we have experienced members who are able to provide advice and guidance on motor selection, building and recovery techniques, on-board electronics, and more. In addition, both of the Tripoli Advisory Panel members in Florida are also members of TBRA.
At this time we are only able to provide support to two teams per launch event. Teams wishing to launch will need to submit a request to the TBRA Prefect no later than two (2) weeks prior to the desired launch date. .

Rocket Information
In order to fly a project rocket at a TBRA launch event, we do require the following.
By clicking this button, I affirm that have read and understand this entire page, as well as the Personal Conduct, Safety, and Launchsite Policies and rules.
Each team must designate a Team Leader to serve as the main contact with TBRA. The Team Leader is required to be a member of the Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA) and/or the National Association of Rocketry (NAR).
The Team Leader will provide TBRA with information on the team project requirements and goals. This information must be provided to TBRA no later than 2 weeks prior to the desired launch date.
Each team must designate a Flyer of Record for the team. The Flyer of Record must hold membership and certification thru either Tripoli Rocketry Association (TRA) or the National Association of Rocketry (NAR). This certification must be appropriate for the motor that the team presents for flight. If the Team intends to fly a Research motor, the Flyer of Record must be a TRA member certified to the level of the motor impulse.
The Flyer of Record is the only person that should register as a flyer for the launch and pay the flight fee for the team rocket.
Upon arrival at the field, the Team Leader and the Flyer of Record shall check in at the Registration tent. At this time the Flyer of Record will need to present a valid National membership card and proof of certification.
Any team member(s) who will be preparing the rocket for flight, and/or assisting at the pad must register as participants, and be members of either TRA or NAR, other team members not actually working on the rocket or assisting at the pad must register as spectators. .
